RegisterFly seems to be full of technical problems  In last 2 or 3 days, there have been like 4 technical problems for me already :(

Generally, the "technical problems" are NOT technical problems. They just claim the problems are technical because they are either too lazy to address something OR they are not telling the truth about something. For instance, I was on the phone with them everyday from 16 Dec till the 1st of Jan discussing the "technical issues" surrounding my domain problem. Every time I spoke with someone they said it was a technical problem that will be fixed in 24 hours (or 48 or 72 or 5 business days or any number of other time periods).

Turns out they just had not paid their own bills!

I've been a customer with them since 2004 and have over 100 names there.

Just bought 2 domain names 2 days ago not aware of their alleged financial issues. Till now I can't change the name servers because it returns an "unable to create session" error.

Wrote to tech support 2 days ago and have not received any replies although their site mentioned a 24-hour response time. I think it's finally time to move all my domain names to Godaddy.

You were right! They took my money, put the names into my account but they were still available for registration. It pisses me off and I've taken the trouble to write my story with some screenshots here:

Those are 24 business hours. They work about 3-6 hours a day, so you are looking at about 8 business days or maybe two week wait.

    Seriously.

For goodness sake... Just vote with your dollar and don't use them. I lost a couple thousand dollars last month when registerfly screwed around with my stock market domain, but I am not going to "sue" them... Just never give them any more business.

I've bought about 2 domains with registryfly, and I've had them for at least over 3 months. I haven't experienced anything wrong so far.

yup, I 100% agree, I have been working for several days to get all my domains transferred away from RegisterFly. I am starting to decide, not to buy any domains/websites registered at Registerfly.

I would recommend to transfer away your domains before it's too late

I was on their chat with one of their kids few minutes ago and he assumes i made a ticket while my account is suspended !!!

he suggested contacting risk department (what's his job then ! )

i told him he has to do so since risk department has no chat and also that i contacted their risk department few tiems for 6 weeks with no reply

they replied once that my account is suspended because domains are not paid which are old info for me and i requested details on what exact domain isn't paid and got no reply

will keep u updated wit this

Did you dispute any credit card charges with your bank? Registerfly "suspends" anyone who does and asks for $150.00 to reactivate your account - even if it was their error and you submitted a ticket long before contacting your cc department.
