wow .. think hard ... did you sign up for another user ID and put them in there. Did anyone else have access to the domains? I've had 3 accounts with them. One time I thought I lost mine, and then went to my other account that I've moved them to.

Relax. I find their site is more buggier than was before. Now that they have new design and all, they should really focus to remove bugs and also ensure their backend problems don't scare customers.

they said they had a notification in the domain manager about it, but they should have emailed the members on top of that.

Yeah I went from 181 to 50 domains...nice to login to a registrar and nearly get a heart attack. It's BS. Their system is so full of holes and problems. Their cheap specials are cool but I have to spend a lot of time managing my domains there and ensuring they are in the account. Their whois sucks, their bulk tools don't work right, and support is very lackluster but getting better.

I got all domains back last night except for 8. I sent ticket this morning and within 15 minutes those domains were in my account. However it stank having to check a list of all my domains to ensure one isn't 'lost' within their database. Luckily and I advise everyone to do this...print out a screenshot with a list of all your domains at RF. In case they make another mistake you will at least know what domains are suppose to be there.

Anyone want to guess at how much fun it was double checking a list of 181 domains against a list of 174. Woot such joy.

It's funny too cuz RF gave me a $6.50 wholesale account...but I really don't want to use it till they get their crap straight. I have a $6.85 account at Moniker which suits me just fine.
