Registerfly Renewal Problems

    A couple of weeks ago I manually renewed the registration on some sites at RF, and the cost was charged to my online credit card. (I can see the charge on the credit-card website.) Yesterday I noticed that the RF site didn't show those domains updated yet, so I sent a support ticket at their site.

    This evening I haven't received a reply, and the domains show to expire tomorrow. What to do? Has RF gone to sleep??

    Registerfly was recently purchased by a new company so all the renewals are qeued as internal transfers, from the old owners to the new ones.

    You don't have to worry about it if you can see your domains listedon your list of pending transfers.

    It happened to me a couple of months ago and since then I have renewed at least 10 domains with this procedure, even if the domain expire before it concludes it's granted the renewal.

    In fact I have 2 on the queue right now expiring this thrusday, but the status is that the transferring is in progress, like occurred previously with succesful renewal.

    Thank you, Mystique. I checked, and their status is "transfer in progress."
