Why is this company so bloody crap. I bought a domain with them, theybilled my credit card, i got a receipt for the domain in my email and the domain also shows up in my portfolio. i then have a problem because i cant change the nameservers, i notify them of this and they tell me to re register via email. I feel like burning the place down they email me telling me to re-register, no refund, no appoligies, no nothing, WHY WAS IT LEFT TO ME to contact them, didnt they think to tell me that the domain registration failed. Now i have lost 16$ dollars, i have a chance of loosing the domain, Why the hell do they tell me i have bought the domain when they actually havent
