Ive started to notice funds going missing in my registerfly account, This isnt the first time ive thought something was odd but im positive about it now.

I put $350 in my account on the 12th of this month, since then there has been 8 automated renewals for $8.99 each.

I have checked all the transaction logs and it just doesnt add up, there is only $168 left in the account.

has anyone else noticed this or had the same problem and reported it to registerfly?

May God help you. ........ With the support I hear they have.

Send them an email and contact your Credit Card about that. Ask for a full refund.
    Good luck,

Now that you remind me, RFly still owes me almost $150 for erroneous debiting.

It's over a year now, after I was repeatedly promised a refund on my credit card, but no news...

I have to contact them again and see what they say after all this time...

I stopped using RF because of their horrid support. This is just another reason I'll never go back to them. Good luck getting a response to email. Their phone support isn't any better. I feel for you.

Seems they're changing offices, perhaps that's why their support has been so bad. I know they finally got round to answering some of my tickets a few days ago. So lets hope things will now improve.
