Registerfly lost my domains

Well, i have bought some domains about 3 weeks ago from registerfly. More exactly 106 domains.
Shortly after that, the domains dissapeared, appeared as expired, soon to expire etc.
Now 86 of them are expired ( date of expiry it`s the same with the date of registration ). 5 of them are missing and 15 are ok.
I`m having a support ticket unanswered for 12 days. Daily, i`m talking to the live support. I have begged, sued and sworn them all with no result. They tell me to wait.
A friend got 100 domains recently and he can`t change the nameservers, who knows why. He submited ticked with no response. Live support is telling him to wait. After that he submited one ticket for each domain and he says that in 3 days 10 domains have been fixed.

What should i do ? I haven`t bought that domains to wait for them weeks to fix them, i need them and fast.
Please help me with some ideas, links something...

    thanks

isn`t calling them same thing as live chat ?
the only difference is that if they need as much time as live chat to figure it out, i`ll pay the domains price to phone bills.

Registerfly sucks. I tried to register a couple of domains and each time the registration failed but my card still got charged.

Registerfly became eNoms registrar some months ago, and since then they are transferring all domains from previous owners into their new system.

Due to this issue, many domains which have been recently renewed appear as expired or being in transferring process, but the accesibility to modify their settings is enabled, at least I have not face any problem with taht.

In addition, domains moved away, keep appearing as part of your expired or soon to expire domains due to bugs in the new layout.

I have several domais in such limbo-like condition and none of them is lost or impossible to modify.

Another good trick to get your ticket online replied is submit a new request just saying "knock, knock", although via email is in fact quicker.

I recommend going to DNForum, there is a registerfly rep. I forgot his name but I'm sure you can figure it out via the search. Send a PM to him explaining the issue. He helped out somebody I know when his domains could not be renewed.

that is terrible. if you bought your domains on your credit card, i would contact the credit card company and find out if your insured for legal action, as technically you paid for something you have not received. this is tantamount to fraud/deception. registering so many domians at once is a big enough transaction, but registerfly's behaviour is causing you unnesscary loss and suffering (stress). you have a case against registerfly. contact your credit card company as i believe registerfly have acted illegally. in the uk this would be breach of the 'trade descriptions act', plus a few other laws i can think of.

Mate buy that at any place else but not registerfly.com

I had a terrible personal experience with them and lost 54$.
Sure they will fly away with your money.

Registerfly claims to provide hosting at rates that are way below the rest of the market. This is because they provide no reachable service through their chat, email or phone systems, have bugs in their billing system which I've confirmed occassionally repeatedly bills people, and there is no way to stop service other than to contact your bank and tell them to deny payment; since you can't reach Registerfly to cancel service.

I've bought domain/hosting/ssl and dedicated ip but after 3 days of waiting and getting no info about my order I decided to contact them and waited around 48minuts to connect with the support person and they said it's normal got cases ppl waited around 30 days just to get their hosting info.. lol

so I decided to cancel my service and asked for refund and those stupid f***** took 10 days to did a virtual refund into registerfly.com account which is equal to s***..

    so my advice,

any other worst hosting provider is better than registerfly.com

    regards
