Registerfly totally ignored me and completely deleted my support ticket that i had with them.

I am talking with paypal and they'll get my money back.

Good thing it was only a lil bit amount of money instead of a alot. Im surprised that there hasnt already been a class action suite filed against that company.

Guessing for legal or technical reasons like 1000's of upset customers who had problems with regfly.

I didn't get any email from eNom but I do have some domains at Registerfly. What should I do? How can I move my names to eNom? I'm really worried about my names :(

There are about five different topic about this issue, and tons of answers including the official version from Registerfly preventing people to avoid falling into this misleading tactic to make you pay 3 times what your are paying at RF

Do a research inside these forums to find those threads

RegisterFly has its own registrar, you wouldnt get an email if you had them under protectfly or they arent with enom. not all regfly's names are with enom.

Does registerfly have an office where you can go to get your domains unlocked? They have apparently locked all my domains now (as whois) is showing but in my control panel it says unlocked. I can't transfer them out or even renew them. They are all expiring and I am helpless. They have no phone support, does not answer tickets, etc.

I think if your domains are still with eNOm, you can get t hem out, but what about those that are already in RegFly's hands??

I have same problem. I can't transfer domains to namecheap because they don't want to send me epp code required for transfer and renewal always fails. Not sure what to do.

The only reason their hasn't been is it isn't worth the couple of hundred bucks I have in domains!

I guess if 100 or so people joined together and sued them, there would be hopefully more than $10,000 worth of domains (which is worth suing over)

    Good strategy.
I myself noticed a waste of time trying to achieve something by accusing, demanding etc.
Pretending to be the innocent customer who needs a refund "if possible" has proved to be a better option in a case like yours. To me.

    You're right.

I would do a paypal chargeback but then the bastards would simply just take my domain from me and register it themselves out of spite

Registerfly sucked. Without doubt the worse domain dompany I ever had the displeasure to use.

    There customer service was appalling.

You can't. They keep ignoring my request to get epp code required for transfer.

Looks like you're not the only onein trouble..
I somehow feel glad I kept ignoring their endless domain offers over the time. Keep telling people to stick with reputable registrars.

Registerfly simply sucked from day one....

I had one domain there long ago and they were the worst,

I used to use godaddy until....I found the best domain registar in the world

    Moniker.com

I got this great sale Rep named lee Odom and this dude is great!

If you buy a lot of domains they will even give you better discounts

Hands down Lee Odom and the staff at Moniker.com are the best I have ever dealt with in all my years...

Just thought I would share...If you want no hassle , no bullshit use Moniker
