I have only one domain with RegisterFly.com, its really pain to transfer it out plus they do not respond to the support tickets. I have paid for the domain renewal and in their domain management it shows that a domain expiration date is at the end of 2009. Though in fact the whois info was not updated. Now Tucows has my domain on hold. I tried calling them - no luck. What should I do? How can I renew my domain? I thought RegisterFly.com were still operating, but they did not respond to my support ticket. Please advice.
