Unable to locate user account [cpvr], please try again. If you are unsure of your password please click here. Due to new security guidelines we require all passwords now to be strong and of a minimum length

I've sent an email to their customer support, and I called them about this matter, however; it seems to me that they are ignoring my emails, and calls.

What should I do? My domain expires in November and I believe if they keep this up I'll lose it.

Really, your domain expired in November? Better be quick.

I've managed to log in fine. Perhaps wait a while and see if it corrects itself, otherwise keep on a support until it is resolved.

It has been like this for about two weeks - that's why I posted here to see if anyone knew what I should do.

Crikey, I thought you meant it had just happened.

Maybe a stupid question, but have you tried the "Forgot your password?" link?

Yes, and the password was not sent to my email address.
So, since that didn't work, I sent their support a message - and yet no response.

Well don't give up on support, they took a while to answer my tickets, but eventually they did and a problem was solved. So all is not lost just yet. :)

Ya, I know, that's why I'm worried - I sent them a ticket asking when paypal would be supported again - they answered, and then a few days later I couldn't log in anymore.

Disregard this, I found out the email that the account was under - and the password.

Mods, feel free to delete this
