    I have forgotten [didn't write it down !!] which website was the accepted one for my admission into Adsense. Does anyone know how I can retrieve it ?

    You can use adsense on any of your websites regardless of which one got reviewed :)

    look in your email archive. Or go to the signup form again and see if it appears as a hint in that field when you try to fill it in again.

    your email should have the website name or just see the setting page of adsense.
