Registered Business Names?

    Hi there,

    How can I know that the name I have selected for my company is already registered in US or in the local country or not?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    There would be a local registrar, a central place where all the business records are kept. So if you try to register a business name which has already been used, you cannot register for that anymore.
