    When i register for adsense it doesnt have a spot to enter my email address? how are they supposed to contact me?

    To your registered gmail account that you have specified at the time of registeration,check your gmail account,I hope you would be able to find 1 verification email there to verify your email address.

    it must be a textbox for email.

    you can also use your gmail account while you are registering adsense
