Register .co.ul domain

    Hi,
    I was wondering if anyone knows if a .co.uk is only for UK residents only? meaning that the .co.uk cannot be transfered to a non UK citizen?

    Same thing for .ca (canada). Some country restrict their domains to their citizen. Be ware.
