i have banned from adsense 2 months ago.
for dangerous they adword reason (as google say)
i dont know what that means.
last week i try to register again with new name and and new IP adresed.
but i register the old blog(when i have been baned from adsense)

please tell me...what is going on...
today my earning s is $39.
will i be baned again for using the old blog(that 2 month ago the adsense has been baned)
if the answer is yes..(i will baned again for using the old blog),why they approve my second register(with new name)?

Yes, you MAY get banned if they find u r related to previously disabled publisher. They approved you bcoz they dont have much evidence u r the disabled publiser. As time goes on, they may find it and and ban u eventually.

once you are banned, you canot use the same name or same site unedr different account or you WIL be banned again. its just matter of time before google finds out. if you are using diff name and IP, it would be smart ot use a completely diffetent site

You can add adsense to websites that was previously used under a banned adsense account. However the website must not be the reason the account was banned.

Could you post the email that said you was banned? So we can establish why you was banned and if it was due to the blog.

The fact you registered with the old domain could be a problem.
Cross your fingers and pray they don't ban you when you get your first $100.
Unfortunately you can do nothing more in this situation, only wait and see what happens.

    Good luck!
