Hi guys! I would like to register my website to search engines so i can start to do run seo activites.. Where Shell I start with that?
YOu don't need to register your site on search engines. Better to participate into some social bookmarking and blog commenting...
Some search engine will find your site in the meantime do some effort for Directory submission, social bookmarking, forum signature
No need to present your site to search engines. if your site will be able too, it will be indexed automatically. You can submit to Dmoz for directory and s-engine both purposes only.
If big search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing finds you and you shouldn't have to worry about some small search engines.
I agree with Raymond, even if you don't submit your site to search engines.. They will list you automatically as soon as you generate contineous traffic, you will realize how effectively search engines list your website even if you did not submit it.
I'd submit to the big three. Not sure why everyone is saying they will all find you. I've been waiting awhile for Bing to index me and I applied! Yahoo on another site. Why not just submit?

let the search engines crawl your site or submit your sitemap to three big search engine such as bing, yahoo and google.
If your robots.txt and site is nice then all search engines will found you. To make it easier try to search "pignomatic" on google. Thanks

add a sitemap file to your site (google it for more details). install google webmaster tools and submit your site. you should have all the info you need on the webmaster tools. after that, start promoting your site in various ways. web directories, links from related sites (with high PR), external articles and blogs with related content linking back to your site, fresh content on your site, yahoo answers, promote it on community sites and more...i wish you only the best!
