Register a domain name for sale!

I have two queries to get solved:

First is:

Register a domain name for sale
I have registered a domain name in .com version.

Now, I would like to register for its different versions(.in .org .net .info etc) to plan to sale those new domains in the future?

How does this would be working?

Does it have any disadvantage to my main .com domain?


Second is:

Registering package domain for sale!
I would like to register a packaged domain name which includes all extensions(.com .net .org .info)
From there, I would like to use only .com domain.

Is it possible to sell other extension(.net .org .info) domains to a third party in future,say after 5-10 years?

And, how to transfer domain name extension(.net .org .info) to third party which where bought under a packaged domain registrar? Is it possible?
