Regional sites vs English sites

    I want to start a new project, but i have a dilemma . I don't know what language to chose. What do you recommand me ?

    I would say that it depends entirely upon the topic of your new project. If it is something that will appeal to a global audience, then of course English would be your best bet.

    But if your target market is going to be in only a single geographical area, then stick with the language native to that area.

    If you have strong niche on your country... then using your own language can be an option.

    If you want to approach broader audience, then English - the world's current business language is probably a good route.

    You might also consider making it multi-lingual. As said before, it depends on your target.

    Dont choose a random language, what languages can you speak, what is the internet coverage like in that country? what language is more used on the internet for a region you may be thinking off.
