I want to promote my website in google.co.uk. There fore I want to submit my website in regional UK Directory sites.

Is there any site, where do I get regional directories for UK? Please inform me.................

Google it and you will find what you are looking for. There are so many sites there.

I mostly rank websites in the UK and can tell you that getting links from .co.uk domains really doesn't make that much of a differnece in my testing. I wouldn't worry about it personally and just focus on building a solid link profile.
