Regional Backlink Detection

    Hi guys,
    Are there any Search Engine operators which all you to filter out backlinks to specific countries and languages?

    Something like:
     site:http://www.whatever.com location:France language:fr
    Code (markup):
    I'm not sure if it's possible to combine operators like this or even if it's possible from within the browser search.

    Any ideas?
