Region[+] in zend

hi there
in zend just when you create a function, it aoutomatically
create a region like :
+function func1() that when you click on + it shows whole
of the func1's code.
but i want to minimize some other code lines.
how can i do this?
if it isn't possible in zend would you plz introduce another
development environment.

I use dreamweaver 8.

In this application, it is possible to select the lines which you want and minimize them.
