Have renewed a domain in Registerfly and after 5 days the domain is still in the expired domains lists.... Have send an email and have the invoice of payment...havent received any answer/..what to do..? They phone support is ugly....dozens of persons waiting...
Sorry to hear! Keep calling them & sending emails and they may pay attention to your case! And after your domain has been renewed,transfer it to other registrars!
Last I checked with them, they're doing a batch renewal process for domains with Enom. If your domain name is one of them, only thing to do is wait. Also, log inside your account and send a detailed ticket (domain name, invoice number, renewal term, price) once. Doing so repeatedly will only make things a whole lot worse, even if you feel good doing that.
