    You could be able to develop it and make some moneh, but if you sell just the domain to an end user, I really believe it could pull around or just under $30 :)

    Registration fee. Too competitive of a keyword. Too weak of a TLD. Too low CPC for keyword. Way more downside than upside. Even with good content, you'd have a hard time making back the reg fee each year.

    Well, make a windows forum, Specially Giving preference to Regedit or registory issues.. and keep it in sale infront of some newbiews ad you would get some money :D

    or else.. You will get that sold under $40 only i hope :)
