Regedit Changes not saving

    Hello,

    I have a dedi server with Windows Server 2008 RD Standard. I added some keys to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\

    After I restart the server all those key changes disappeared.

    How to prevent this? How to make the changes permanent?

    Maybe your user account doesn't have permissions to edit the registry.

    Give it a try , run "regedit.exe" command with administrator privileges.
