Hi , I am from India, I want to create a new forum, the forum consist of software, SEO, Sports, and some other category & sub categories, I hope I will get 100 to 1000 regular user to visit my site, so now I need your suggestion for choosing a reliable web host, domain name registration , I plan to make a website in that one link is forum, 80% focus forum 20% focus in the small website, In the Home page I want to explain about my work details(service provided by me) I know HTML so I will design the web page, but I don't know how to create forum...
