Regarding Wordpress Plugin

I have a wordpress website for which I need a chat support plugin. I need a plugin which is more easy to use and can easily install. If anyone know about kindly help me .

What about Yahoo Ping Box? Though it is not a Wordpress plugin, you can embed their code on your blog.

How about using an external service like Olark? they have integration with wordpress through a plugin and I like that I can use an instant messenger client ( XMPP protocol similar to gtalk , can be used with clients like trilian, pidgin , etc ) to connect so I don't have to keep a web page opened.

 

Thanks to all who have suggested plugins. I tried to upload wp-live-chat plugin but unable to use it then I decided to go for an external chat services and now I am using Comm100 Live chat and its working fine. Its easy to use also and its free.

 

why use a chat on your own server while you can use third party plugins?adding a chat module to your site will cause a huge load on your server
