Regarding webmaster crawl errors???

I added my site (cosmeticplasticsurgeryindia.com) in google webmaster. Immediately i got crawl error message like

Error Url : http://www.cosmeticplasticsurgeryindia.com/index.html
Error Details : "Truncated response"

What is meaning of truncated response.. ? & How to solve??

Maybe your site is downed.
