    Hi, i want to know that can i access the Yahoo adsence as look like Google. if i can access then what is the procedure of to get it. ?

    Yahoo publisher network is only for US Publishers and not open for rest of the world

    Like Bohra said, You must live in US to be accepted for Yahoo. Think it also takes some time to be accepted because they review your information and website. I'm not to sure because I don't use Yahoo but I have advertise with them in the past with sucsess.
