shar hosting is one server that is shared by many people, this is okay for small blogs but bigger site needs more resouces and may take down the whole server and get you banend

Nothing related with shared hosting and hosting space. Shared hosting is the usual hosting where a particular server is shared by many people. And hosting space is that you get from the hosting provider. You can choose the hosting space, bandwidth by yourself while getting hosting package.

Shared hosting meaning you will be sharing same server with other users and hosting space the amount of usage your accounts are using.

Shared hosting sometimes called shared services or virtual hosting is simply when multiple web sites share the same server thus reducing the cost for everyone

Shared - Multiple accounts on a dedicated server.
VPS - Your own slice of the pie (slice of a dedicated, root access)
Dedicated - Your box, your rules.

That's about as simple as it can be.

ever site needs one it's the one that will throw your site in the internet if you are running only one site you can choose shared webhosting ..but if it's business related then getting a dedicated webhost is a must

Shared hosting means there are thousands of websites on the same server (usually hundreds of thousands).
VPS stands for Virtual Private Server where you get a small portion of the server and the number of accounts on the same server is usually less than on a shared server (between 10 and 20 accounts per server)
Dedicated server is when you have a server for yourself. You use all the resources and you take care of it however you like. However, these cost above $100 per month.
