Regarding the BST section. Some clarification please.

    When I wrote my sales thread I got an infraction. I believe its cause some one responded with enthusiasm and gave me a review. Am I not allowed to answer questions that potential clients ask? Can a mod tell me the exact reason I received that infraction, I don't wanna get banned again.
