Regarding the Ad Limit

    I have read that you can have a max of 3 text/image ads, 3 link ads, and one search button on a single page, however, when I added Adsense to my RSS Feeds via Feedburner, Google automatically inserted the advertisements for me, and they exceed the maximum amount.

    Does the rule apply for feeds as well? Should I take them off?

    If you are over the limit of adsense ads your ads won't be displayed. They won't do anything to you.

    G will shutdown 1 for you... take it easy...
    but if you really care, try to make exception to display ads on feeds.
