    I'm not sure exactly what you want to learn about online media technology, but you can find some free courses on the marketing side through the SBA (www.sba.gov).

    donot know about course and certifications , but you can find lot of ebooks free on internet marketing .......? btw why you want certification or course dont think they will consider it while giving you job of affiliate manager or some similar job.
