Hi all, I am chris. I am working as an SEO in a company and I have 6 months experience in this field. Now I have got an offer from another company regarding SEO / Link builder but I dont know wht kind of question they can put. So plz give me a brief idea so that I can prepare myself for the interview. Thnx
If you are asking for tips for the interview , get ready with all the latest seo news, have all the link building info like why is one way links important and why is reciprocal bad and do on...
I don't think it is bad if you do it properly, and yes you need to go through the all links buildings techniques and have some idea how to break them out, for example: don't tell them that link bait is the best way to get inbound links while you don't know to be done or at least know a company to do it for you Good luck
Mostly you will be faced with general SEO questions , if u browse this forums often ..guess u can answer them with ease.
might ask you wat are the important criterias to rank higher on different search engines. how does spider crawls ur website, wat is KDI, sand-box, wats LSI, wat should be the max length of the title, why title is important blah blah..
the (( another company )) might be very interested in the project you were doing with your old company
I think they will look into your experiences more than anything else.. in any case, you may find the Google Webmaster Blog useful: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/
They usually ask, what do you think of the FUTURE of SEARCH? Tell them "It will lead to total personalization and social vote" Plus they will ask you some basic and advanced SEO question. Go for it bro! Make sure you get paid more "
