I really appreciate all your guys help especially last post which is mostly free stuff but... The problem is these Press Release websites keep bugging you popping up things in your browsers face asking you to upgrade to premium press releases. Sometimes every 3 times asking you "Are you Sure?" aaaargh it just gives you a headache. I suppose they have to make their money

I agree if properly done Press Releases can do wonder for a site not only terms of high quality back links but also the huge traffic it gets you. It would be better if you opt for paid PressRelease sites because they provide you to a larger and more targeted audience with a better value. But make sure you don't over do your Press Release like do not offer a Press Release for everything, release a Press Release if you are providing something new and valuable to the audience. Like some new products or features that your audience would love.
