Hello - i would like to kindly ask, if a customer of mine claims a dispute on me, and lost the dispute - calls his CC company, are they able to maintain the money back weather or not paypal closed the dispute anyway?

I would like to know just in case.

if your client is using CC then they can charge back. Paypal cannot control that. Paypal will reverse the money from your account.

ah! your first post.... Always be a good guy/gal.

    BTW, Welcome to DP :D

Thanks for the welcoming, i was gonna post an intro but wanted to clear this up first :) A bad customer turned one on me and filed a dispute - if it were little money i wouldn't be so concerned, although i think it's stupid how they can make a chargeback after a dispute.

If it is a small amount, Paypal would probably not dispute the chargeback request as it would not be worth the manpower to fight the case.

Well with a dispute, i know you only have 45 days to do it, what about chargeback? Is there a certain amount of time.
