Regarding Paypal Balance

    Hello friend,

    Is there any option for Indian users to keep balance on it'a Paypal account.

    As i know as per RBI rule the balance never in Paypal account, either we withdraw or it may auto withdraw to your bank account.

    if someone have idea regarding this please share your view please

    Thanks for your reply.is there any options for Paypal alternative where easy to access.as i know Paypal is very easy and there is no maintenance cost.so is there any options for overseas transactions.
