    This is regarding this (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2330692)


    If i sell a electronic item ( without bill and warranty of the item ) and have all receipts from DHL ( BLUEDART , whom i will be giving the electronic item to ship)

    And now if the buyer files a dispute (despite getting the item ) will i lose the money and the item too , because similar has happened in past and it was the domain trade where i lost the money as well as the domain :(

    Domain was a digital item but this one is not.

    Plus you also got a proof of DHL. And I guess you can track the item by the consignment number in DHL site.

    yes we can do that but the thing is buyer resides at Brazil and wants the shipment to be at California...

    reselling is none of my problems
    only problem is tht whether paypal will accept my claims that a user from Brazil sends money for smething at USA

    i mean its complicated hope paypal will understand...as DP members are finding it tough to get through this problem of mine !
