I wouldn't get banned for answering a question in my thread here would I?

It's just all the " PM me " types of posts that are subject to ban, right?

I'm just getting nervous over it all and don't want to get banned. :)

As long as you do not state pm sent or thank you or anything on those lines I think you will be ok if you are just answering a question. But I am no mod so dont take my word on it..

That depends on what you're answering. If they asked in the thread, and we haven't removed it as something that should have been PMd to you, then you're more safe than if you say "People are asking something via PM, so here's the answer." Doing that may constitute bumping your thread, and the real key is this: the OP of any thread needs to carefully think out what they're posting, and include all relevant information that they want to share publicly. Anything else belongs in PM exchanges.

In this case, the poster should have asked their question via PM, so they're going to get the infraction / ban, and I'll simply delete your post. Other mods might give you the infraction as well. If they ask a question specifically about them, answer it via PM to be safe.
