Please advise to us that can we use the same image on the home page for a website home page from any inner web pages of the same website, right now we are using many images from the same website inner page, does it effects website ranking for images.
Google cannot see your images so you can re-use the same images as long as you change descriptions in alt text to make it relevant to that page. <img src="http://www.example.com/example.png" alt="Keyword">. Since public domain images are free you should try to find new images for your visitors sake.
