Is it just too much trouble for professional spammers to hit the button that says "FAQ/Rules"? Here, let me hold your hand and lead you to them: SOURCE "Why" doesn't matter... the simple fact is it isn't allowed... but basically it's because it encourages idiots to create multiple accounts in direct contravention of the TOS of the sites involved and sell them to people that have been removed with cause so they can spam and scam others.
