    Hello,


    What rules do you follow when composing a new e-mail?


    I never use ALL CAPS and try to make sure all of my spelling is correct.

    The most important thing is to not use deceptive subjects like "You received a Private Message" or "Payment Received". That's the best way to get people to unsubscribe from your list and lose any connection and trust you had with subscribers.

    Spelling in ALL CAPS is like yelling at someone. Or more like a anger appeal, thats just my input.
