I purchased a custom domain and connected that with my blogspot blog...here's the blog: onlinedatingproductreview.blogspot.com changed to... pickupyourdating.in It has been around 3 days but it is still not showing any alexa rank, no yahoo backlinks and only 2 indexed pages by Google (which I posted after I changed the domain). Am I missing something or should I just wait? I know the PR change will probably take some time. Please help.
3 days is nothing if you are looking to get alexa rank or yahoo backlinks. depending on your traffic or where you are getting backlinks from, it might take weeks before you start seeing anything. just keep working on yor site and keep building your links and sooner or later you will start seeing backlinks showing up on google. regarding alexa ranks, its pretty useless so i would not suggest you to worry about that at all
you didnot get my point. i already have a number of backlinks. they are not showing up. that's the problem.
Some few posts to top bookmarking sites and wait for 24 hours.. Google will visit and try to index more pages and alexa needs atleast 1 week to show the ranking..
You need one week before your backlinks will show... don't expect to see all your backlinks on Google SERPs for "link:yourdomain.com". Use Google Webmaster and Yahoo! Site Explorer to monitor your backlinks
