    Hi,
    I bought whoisguard subscriptions in bulk from namecheap, but I am unable to use these whoisguard for domains for which whoisguard had already expired , there is ony one option "Renew"
    did I loose my money ? :mad:

    I'm not sure what the question is. Did you buy an additional year of whoisguard because it expired?

    The Namecheap Whois protection is not attached to any domain name. You need to link them to a domain name or domain names that you select. In fact, if you have 5 unused Whois protection, you can merge it to 1 single domain name have that would cover 5 years worth of whois protection.

    For those WhoisGuard which expired, you just click on 'extend'.
