Regarding Backlink

    I don't think the search engine will count it a back links the reason is that is is not hyperlink so the crawler can't go the link it consider as a text...

    NO, never search engine index and consider only clickable links and hyperlink as back link for website. Text link never consider as back link for website so always try building clickable link only.

    According to Google, it crawls and counts two types of link, the Ahref link and the src links, so if your link is none of them, then it will not be counted as a back-link. Just make sure your link is there in any one of these two tags without a nofollow tag. A no-follow tag will sort of nullify the link value that could have passed to your site otherwise.
