ALT tags are alternative text that can be displayed instead of an image if a visitor to your website cannot view the images in their browser.
Not much worth bothering with today. I recommend you to avoid using keywords in most of your alt texts. Use related phrases, words, but vary them much.

As you know that search engine's crawlers do not have power of seeing. So the purpose of Alt tag is to provide the description of Image in words. So you can use your targeted keywords in alt tags.
Hello Basically alt tag is used to define the image properly, but sometimes we can use our keyword to maintain our density and other things which is necessary to rank your website. So first try to define your image then keyword. Hope this will useful for you.
