    Hi!
I've got a problem friends.. I had a Paypal account which I had verified with NetSafe, and for the purpose of purchasing, I was trying to figure out a way to fund my Paypal, as the funding option is not available in our country yet, I was creating NetSafe for Rs.91 and adding it again and again and once I was entering the expuse code the account was being credited with $1.95, and like this I was funding my account to reach the amount required for my purchase. But Paypal thought it was suspecious activity and limited my account for 180 days.
Now, I've created another Paypal account which it premier, so I was wondering will I be able to add my Neteller card and purchase anything so that the amount will be directly debited from my Neteller prepaid card? I'm doubting this because earlier I created the NetSafe card for the required amount for purchase and I've added it to my account but at the time of purchasing from the site, the NetSafe card was getting rejected.. That's why I was trying to fund my Paypal account to process the payment directly from my Paypal account balance.

It should work. I've used both my Net+ cards (virtual and the chip & pin) on PayPal and never encountered any problems.

HDFC NetSafe is one time use card, use it directly not through paypal on sites that accept credit card. But in case of neteller its a reloadable prepaid card, so you can use it multiple times without removing it from paypal.

HDFC NetSafe is for one time use only. Better use it directly and not via PayPal. Netteller cards would work just fine.

Can anybody guarentee that NET+ card will work for any purchases? I mean, will my amount will get directly debited from the attached NETELLER card? Well.. I ask this 'cause once I created a NetSafe card for the required purchase amount and added it PayPal but when I tried to proceed the payment for the purchase hoping that the amount will be directly debited from the attached NetSafe card, it declined my card.

    Let's make it slightly clear:
    1. For purchasing a $15 iTunes Gift Certificate
    2. I created a NetSafe card of $16.95 ($1.95 for PayPal verification) [I was unaware that time that PayPal utilizes account funds first and then the remaining amount is being debited from the attached card]
    3. I sucessfully added the card to my PayPal account and verified it.
    4. But when it came to proceed the payment ($15) for the purchase which I though will be debited directly from the created NetSafe card.
    5. It declined my card for the very transaction.

Hope I had make it clear to understand. Please guys, I need your help
    Regards

P.S. I simply don't understand why PayPal after tackling with such a big RBI issue in INDIA doesn't accepts our debit cards. It does for U.S. based customers. What's wrong with our debit cards? And funding from bank account could've been possible. SBI Yuva cards used to work fine for a brief period.
