Reg verify the PP account through the netsafe card, I need help ,thanks

from yesterday ,I noticed I can not verify the PP account through the HDFC netsafe card ,can anybody tell me what have happened and how to solve it ,thank you with my heart.

the message is here "
We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card."

 

these cards are for one time use only
so it won't work again

 

Get a CC, it's not that difficult. Btw, are NetSafe cards even allowed at PayPal for verification? Don't they expire in 24hrs?

 

I am hoping that they are allowed as i have very few options of getting a CC.

Almost all banks need a salaried employee with a 10k assured monthly salary and those who are just starting out as freelancers or are students and trying to make some extra money online have very limited options like netsafe and other vcc.

Other options include opening an FD @ ICICI and amount to be put in FD is 40K which is a hell lot just to get verified on paypal.

Another option is to have a PPF account with SBI and the amount in your PPF should be 60k which is higher.

Best option is to get an hdfc bank account ( minimum quarterly balance amount is 5K ) and generate one vcc using netsafe and use it to verify. They expire after being used once ( though i havn't tried using them and all this is just from their website hdfcbank daaat kaam )

I am contemplating various options and ways to deal with online -> actual cash payments from paypal.

 

Apply for add-on card, if anyone in your family has got credit card

 

Even u can open for 10k.

 

Or just invest some amount in your bank and get a CC against it. Many private banks offers that. Check HDFC or ICICI

 

I think much better to use a real credir card, as you will face no problem later.

 

thank you for all your reply . my mean is why now i can not use the netsafe VCC to verify the pp account like before time, anyone meet the same problem these days? what's the detail reason ? if possible ,how to slove it ,thank again.

 

i often verify some pp account for different use ,so it's very important for me to use vcc to verify the pp ,sigh. anyway ,thank you for your remind.

 

how many paypal accounts do you have
and how many times you verify your paypal account LOL

you don't need to do it everyday it is for one time only

 

not everyday ,only about one week one time.but now ,I failed.

 

You know you cannot have more than 2 paypal accounts, 1 Personal and 1 Premier/Business only. That would apply even if you have multiple-personality disorder.

Of course you would fail if you cross the line and breach your contractual agreement. Why do people ignore terms of contracts these days.

i was not even able to make payment for rapidshare thru netsafe card (not using paypal account..but as credit card payment

I suppose problem with netsafe.
Coz same problem happened when i was buying some thing with vcc.

 

what address to be used for netsafe credit card purchases
is it the exact address as with bank saving account

anyone talked with bank on this?

 

I would believe that generally those who sells VCC are using their own Netsafe account to generate the vcc too. So if it does not work with your own account, it is not likely it is going to make a difference if you use someone's elses account.

 

netsafe working on paypal using debit card??

 

I too faced the same issue yesterday when I tried to verify my paypal account.

So is the issue limited to Paypal only or netsafe is not working for International transactions at all?

 

ye tats wat i think. now i cant make a payment to my webhost. its not working since last april, i have got no other options. seems like i was fucked up
