Refund Removed?

I recently got in a deal with VBPoint at digital point. I sent him 350 bucks, the deal fell through and he supposedly refunded me the money. It was supposed to go through today and it didn't. I just looked and saw that the status for the refund is "removed". I haven't left him a negative itrader yet b/c I'm not sure if its his fault or paypal's
    1. What exactly does "removed" mean when talking about refunds
    2. Is there any way I'll be able to get my money back?
Please respond, 350 dollars is a lot of money to me. Thanks -bowlcutah

File a complaint with PayPal, dispute the charge with your credit card company

If it was removed, he cancelled it. Paypal does not remove refunds. The only way to get your money back is to get it from him or if you paid by a credit card, you can charge back with them.

Digital items are not covered by Paypal but you could try to file a dispute. You may have been scammed and if he pulled the money out of his account, you may have lost your money.

Did you check his history and iTrader? It also important to look at his past posts prior to sending that much money.

Thanks for the responses guys. I'll do my best to get the money back. VBPoint had 400 posts and 7 I-traders before our deal. He is a scammer, watch out for him

I think PayPal is scamming everyone.

They eat my $58.32 and when I ask then they said that I should ask from buyer. Buyer says he has nothing to do with my money.

Now paypal do not respond. WTF!
