    Hi...

While going throug clickbank I came across many affiliate programs of producs wich offer for instance a 90 day money back guarrente.... This happens alot with ebooks or software.. That means that a customer can be the program and if he / she is not satisfied with their product they can get a full refund....

Now for my question ... what about when I make a sale as an affiliate of a product like that .. and then the customer wants a refund from the affiliate program provider... They allready payed me a percentage in commission ...

Does anyone know what happens then ? Will the affiliate have to pay back the commission wich he has earned through the sale ?

It depends on the product. That's why you should be choosy with what affiliate program you promote. Make sure the software/ebook does what it says either by testing it or reading reviews.

If you have a good product, I find the return percentage to be very low, maybe only a percent or two.

That's true. Another thing that might happen is a while after the sale, it will be placed into the 'extended' section, which means you won't get it for an additional 30 days at the minimum, to avoid a return taking your CJ account to less then zero.
