Refund cash??

I got my account limited, I just wanna know if some one send me cash last night, can he get his cash back?

or any other way to refund cash to the buyer? i can not send money to anyother paypal any more, just received

 

Yea...you can refund his money back or else he can charge back your PayPal and PayPal will refund his money back.

You can return the money to your buyer by using the 'Issue Refund' link present against this particular transaction.

It is not possible since Op's account is limited. He can not refund the money. First he has to resolve the limitations.
