    Hi all,

I need some advices from you guys, the veteran Paypal users!

The problem is this, I have sold something on ebay and payment was made to my paypal account. So I shipped the item to the buyer and some days have passed until just 2 days ago, the buyer filed for a non-receipt of item dispute and paypal immediately tried to hold the funds for this payment. Because I have previously already withdrawn from my paypal account and my paypal account is now put into a negative balance due to this dispute.

My question is this. Since I am currently still selling on ebay and there are also payments coming in to my paypal account within days, will the payment coming in be held by paypal or will it be used immediately to cover up for the negative balance? Say if the item the buyer disputed for is $50 and new payments coming in and adds up to $60, will I be able to issue an immediate refund to the buyer who files for the dispute so that the dispute can be closed immediately as I do not want to be bothered with the dispute and just want to concentrate selling and earning feedbacks on ebay.

Please give me some advices. Thank you!

If you will get payment at your paypal where currenly balance is negative then it will be used immediately to cover up for the negative balance. So once negative balance become positive again then you can use that funds.

    DON.
